This free call, text and data service provided on a SIM Card only, is designed to support organisations working with individuals requiring access to data. The aim is to help close the digital divide and offer access to vital services, and connectivity with key contacts, friends & family. It is designed to support eligible individuals enrolled in education, training and longer term support programs. This is a universal sim and can be used for phones, laptops, and other devices with dongels. 

The 12-month SIM Only Plan includes unlimited calls*, unlimited text's

10GB of data every 42 days • + additional data donated by Optus customers –currently 40GB per month*

- An eligible participant must have access to their own device which is not locked to any network (known as an unlocked device) to access the Prepaid service.

- Valid ID is required

- A team member from your organisation is required to support the distribution of the SIM Card with the recipient

What will you receive and need to do?

- Ensure you have eligible recipients identified for the sims you purchase

- SIM Cards are available individually with a minimum purchase of 20 SIM Cards and sent via Express Post, Track & Trace.

- SIM Cards should be handled by a team member responsible for identifying, issuing & activating with a recipient.

- Demographic reporting is required for each recipient (Age, Ethinicity, Gender, Suburb) to be completed by the caseworker and shared for Good360 to consolidate, no personal information is needed

- An Impact Story is also required to be completed per order as per usual Good360 T&C's
