Domestic Violence Resources Services Mackay has been supporting clients that are affected by both Domestic Violence and also COVID-19. Our service (also known as Mackay Women's Services) provides free counselling and support for women and children through domestic and family violence, sexual assault and more. We also offer educational groups throughout the year.
As part of the emergency relief we offer, we are constantly in need of toiletries and other basic supplies, so this toothpaste donation was wonderful! It went towards toiletries packs for women and children in need, many of them fleeing domestic violence.
