AN UNEXPECTED SURPRISE GIFT DELIVERED BY NORTHCOTT AND DARTH VADER HIMSELF

Northcott is a not-for-profit disability service provider that works with customers to realise their potential. As one of Australia’s largest not-for-profit disability service organisations Northcott provides personalised and dynamic support for every customer.

In the late afternoon on 7 December, Taronga Zoo opened their doors for their annual Dreamnight event, inviting the guests of different community organisations, including Northcott, to a magical VIP experience at the Zoo.

For young children, learning about animals and their habitats is a wonderful way to learn. Northcott encourages learning through adventure and play and with the generous donation of Good360, Northcott handed out a number of toys to their customers at Dreamnight. The toys handed out featured LEGO, sticker activities and more, encouraging teamwork, patience, problem solving and the advancement of fine motor skills.

The Cosplay characters at the Zoo made the night even more special, with Northcott enlisting Darth Vader to help hand out Star Wars LEGO to the children visiting the animals. With Christmas right around the corner, this early present overjoyed all the families and the children couldn’t wait to get home and play with their new toys!
