Face Masks

The Disposable Face Masks were very much welcomed by our volunteers. Not only were they comfortable, but they provided a fantastic level of safety and reassurance to all our volunteers and staff that this PPE was proactive in keeping us all safe while supporting young people with a disability.

The donation allowed our program to continue to provide respite to young people with disability and their families when many of their existing supports were paused – Meaghan Lewin, Aged & Disability Support Services.

The Agency was fortunate enough to obtain around 2000 disposable facemasks from Good360. These have proven to be invaluable throughout all our services and were used by both staff and clients particularly for face-to-face visits/consultations. Face masks were also provided to families within our services as well as the general public to allow them to carry on their day-to-day tasks as normally as possible. Facemasks were very hard to get hold of at the beginning of the COVID-19. Accessing them through Good360 enabled our Agency to continue to work with our vulnerable families on a regular basis.

I would estimate three-quarters of the facemasks were given out to our vulnerable families with the remaining going to our staff to conduct home visits and face-to-face meetings.

On behalf of UMFC I'd like to thank Kogan & Good360 for your ongoing support and ensuring that we are able to continue to provide necessary services across our community in a safe and timely manner.
