Christmas Joy Eases The Burden For Families.

Coomealla Health Aboriginal Corporation (CHAC) gratefully received men’s Shirts, Shorts and Underwear, Women’s Clothing which included Shirts, Shoes, Underwear, and Children’s and Babies’ Clothes, Booties and Toys through Good360 and Big W Mildura.

The generous Donation allowed Community Members to choose items as Christmas gifts, allowing the Community to spend their Money on Food and other essentials without having to worry about being able to afford Christmas presents for their loved ones.

The get together was loved by our community, allowing them to come together and have a yarn whilst picking up their goods in a COVID-19 safe, non-judgemental environment. It was great that such an ‘event’ could go ahead amidst a global pandemic.

The generosity of both Good360 and Big W will have lasting effects on the community whilst ensuring that the community members have something nice and comfortable to wear throughout the year.

Throughout the day, it was great to see the smiles on the faces of community members and elders. It was a great feeling for the workers at CHAC, knowing that with the help of Good360 and Big W, they had assisted in relieving the financial pressure/burden of purchasing clothing and toys for families.

The communities of Buronga, Dareton, Wentworth, and surrounds greatly appreciated the generosity of the Good360 and Big W. Biggest, Thank You!
