The Sesame Street children's books were greatly appreciated and brought much joy and laughter to the kids. The children that we support sometimes enter our service with nothing. Being able to provide them with their favourite books is a chance for them to develop early literacy skills, spark their imagination and curiosity and help develop their social and communication skills. When lost in a story, they get to just be a kid again.
