A Community Kept Clean & Safe

When we think of safety for those on the street, we think about whether they have a roof over their head, their physical safety and the risk of harm from others. But do we think about sun safety? With skin cancer being so prevalent in today’s society, a number of people are still unable to access skin checks, sun safety is growing in importance. The donation of Hawaiian Tropic SPF50+ Sunscreen will go a long way in improving the health outcomes for our community in sun protection
Another consideration we don’t think about is when we get up every morning and brush our teeth. There is a variety of toothpaste to choose from (i.e. flavour, sensitivity etc.) if we are fortunate enough to have the money to afford it. Thanks to Tom’s of Maine, we have been able to provide Fluoride-Free Antiplaque and Whitening Toothpaste for those unable to get regular access to this basic item. The 113g tube will last for a significant amount of time too. This might sound quite ordinary but for our clients, it’s helping improve things one smile at a time.
Some of our clients are fortunate enough to also access housing but are unable to afford to purchase cleaning products. Thanks to Koh for the Universal Cleaner and Cleaning Products to help balance their budgets, and keep them clean and safe.
