Empower Packs for Families

Gladstone Mindcare promotes improved mental health and wellbeing in the Gladstone community through information, education and connectivity. We do this by holding a variety of mental health and wellbeing education programs, providing information on improving and maintaining mental health and wellbeing and connecting people with mental health, alcohol and other drug supports and providing activities for people who are experiencing mental health challenges to connect with others. Gladstone is currently experiencing a housing crisis that can result in homelessness and has seen an increase in mental health presentations at the Gladstone Mindcare Hub. Thanks to Good360, providing the Family Winter Empower Packs has provided some families doing it tough with some goods but more importantly, hope.
