A huge thank you to Good360 and all of the donors for helping HAS Foundation support children with life-limiting illnesses in paediatric palliative care and their families.
Sadly, as the number of families being referred to the paediatric palliative care service at the Women’s and Children’s Health Network here in Adelaide grows, so too does the number of care packs that HAS Foundation provides for those families.
With thanks to Good360, we were able to jam-pack our recent drop of care packs with awesome LEGO sets for boys and girls of all ages. We love being able to give LEGO to our families as it’s such a great activity to do together to create lifelong memories.
Our packs provide something for everyone. Cool LEGO sets can brighten the day of a child with a life-limiting illness or keep a little one amused while their parents tended to their sibling.
Each year, HAS Foundation provides between 50 and 100 care packs to the Women’s and Children’s Hospital for newly referred families to the palliative care unit. The variety of goods offered by Good360 means we can continue to provide good quality items in our packs, time and time again.
HAS Foundation provides financial and emotional support to children with life-limiting illnesses and their families. We exist to create a world where paediatric palliative care is well funded and supported. We want every family caring for a child with a life-limiting illness to get the chance to create memories of a lifetime
