Keeping kids fingers busy

We often have children come into the office with their mums who need to talk to a lawyer about domestic violence. Having the options of LEGO and Emma hair play kits available in our interview room gives the children a distraction, meaning they don't listen to the stories or feel unsafe in our office. One example was a mum and son from a remote Aboriginal Community in the region who spent four hours at our office last week organising a safety plan to escape violence. Having a couple of different LEGO options for the young boy to build kept him busy, interested and entertained, so mum could focus on her legal issue. Thank you Good360 for your kind service!
