Women and Mentoring provides early intervention and crime prevention support to women who have been charged with a criminal offence. Through the provision of a long term mentoring relationship with a screened volunteer WAM keeps women out of prison, helps address the underlying issues behind their offending and empowers women to improve their life outcomes.
This year we wanted to give our women and their children something to celebrate at Christmas. So with the donations provided by Good360 and other supporters, we have been able to create some generous gift packs. Volunteers collected the gift packs at our Christmas party to distribute to their mentees before Christmas. Thank you Good360, LEGO and Booktopia fore the awesome products
