Mother's Day can be a poignant memory for some residents in Aged Care facilities. Often the most valued member in a family feels isolated and alone on occasions like these. It was a Global Care Bribie Island team which bridged the gap at the three local facilities on the island. It was wonderful to witness the joy the gifts provided.
