On Tuesday 14th December, Mangrove Housing held our first Tenant Christmas Event for all our clients based in Redlands, Wynnum and Beenleigh areas. Joy was in abundance, as reflected on our tenants' faces, when they received free Christmas hampers and age appropriately selected toys for their children.
The event was a great success with hundreds of tenants enjoying the day out in the fine weather where the kids were entertained and fed, while their parents quickly hid big bags of amazing toys to give their children at Christmas time.
This year, Mangrove Housing gave toys to over 400 children, but these were not just any toys, amazing sets of LEGO and more from the very generous donors of Good360. Here are some of the wonderful comments we received:
