Lego Brings Calm and purpose!

Sometimes school life can get hectic and overwhelming for some of our kids. So at Wamuran, we have Wam RAW ( Resilience And Wellbeing) group. These children come together at the end of the day to have some downtime away from the hustle and bustle of the classroom.

Having the Lego VIDIYO for the older students created a great space to work together. The students collaborated to first build the Lego and then enjoy the process of creating their very own music video.

The younger students enjoyed working together to create their Lego masterpieces enjoying the conversation and socialisation as they busily built away.

The social skills involved in this project will benefit these children as they traverse the coming years ahead.

As a bonus, the students got to then take their creations home - sharing the joy with their parents ( who aren't in a position to purchase items such as this) and their siblings.
