We have been thrilled to receive our donation of Zappy Alcohol Wipes and shaving gel.
No Limits Perth help people in crisis and these items are such an incredible blessing. On September 8th No Limits Perth was asked to Partner with the Westfield Whitfield Shopping Centre in handing out items and bringing awareness on R U OK Day 2022. We had 3 different volunteers handing out items, along with the gorgeous Zappy Alcohol wipes to shoppers in the shopping centre.
These handy little wipes and shaving gel have been packed into our homeless kits, added to our toiletry kits and popped into our non-perishable food hampers which are handed out to 100's of community members who are doing it tough, including victims of domestic violence, people who - due to the critical shortage are sleeping in their vehicles, pensioners, fostering parents, new refugees and low income earners.
On Friday, we turned one of our older vehicles into a mobile bedroom for a person suffering from severe mental illness while we try to find him the help he requires. We added into his belongings some wipes and shaving gel - he was so pleased - he said he'd been using a harsh hand soap which has caused his skin to become itchy.
