Kogarah Intensive English Centre: assisting with resettlement

Kogarah Intensive English Centre is a school hosted on the grounds of Kogarah High School where secondary aged new arrival students learn English before transitioning to the mainstream classes of the local schools. The 115 students have benefited from the supplies from Good360 as they start their new lives in Australia and commence their educational journeys. In particular over 30 of these students are Ukrainian refugees who fled war suddenly with few possession. Students are using theirs bags as sport bags, library bags and use the smaller zip bags as pencil cases. Students can be seen in the photo provided participating in a well-being program specifically designed for children who have experienced trauma.

Thanks so much to Good360 generous donor, Until, for helping these kids settle into a new country.
