Zoos SA, a conservation charity, operates Adelaide Zoo and Monarto Safari Park. Having shared the wonder of our zoos with the community for close to 140 years, we continue to focus on engagement and connectedness to nature through visits and educational services. Over the years, these services have evolved to be more adaptive, diverse and interactive.
The new Education Outpost at Monarto Safari Park offers schools and members of the public a resource to help better understand species by engaging with educational signage and displays. Thanks to Good360 and Big W, children who attended The Outpost opening event received a collection of books to take home to remember their day at the park and to continue their interest in nature.
