Updated laptops for homeschool

Koonawarra Public School is located in Dapto, we have the alluring Lake Illawarra to our east and the striking escarpment to our west. We currently have 260 amazingly independent and diverse students, including 92 Aboriginal students enrolled at KPS.
We have worked with Good360 over the past 18 months to provide families with hampers during the COVID lockdown and we recently provided all students with a fun, creative building set for rewards day.
Recently, we have had 5 laptops donated by Good360 and their partners. These refurbished laptops are high spec and we are amazed at the quality. We were able to add them straight onto our Department of Education system and they have replaced out-of-warranty, slow devices for student and teacher use. Our school is proud to provide students in Years 3-6 with a 1:1 device that they can use at school to assist with learning. During the COVID lockdown, we had over 50 families borrowing devices as they did not have access to one at home. One of our support classes has been using devices that are well and truly out of warranty. These 5 refurbished Lenovo laptops will ensure that these students have equitable access to current technology.
