A Perfect Partnership – Optus Crisis SIM Cards for AnglicareSA customers

Our recent partnership with Good360 and Optus is the perfect example of AnglicareSA's vision: together we change lives.
The Optus Donate-Your-Data Crisis SIM cards are an amazing resource to help ease the pressures of everyday living costs and have been integrated within our Emergency Services Program, Financial Counselling, Youth Services and Settlement Engagement and Transition Support for migrants to Australia over the last 3 months.
The Crisis SIM cards allowed us to engage in deeper conversations with our customers and go beyond their initial reason for their visit. A single father of 4 young children reached out to us for assistance with clothing and food. Thankfully we were able to assist with not only these services, but also alleviate the costs of data & phone bills with the Optus Crisis SIM. This customer was very thankful we could recognize other areas we could assist and provide relief in a time of need.
Our return customers who are job-seeking have a need to be contactable and access the internet during the job application process. The 6-month Crisis SIM cards give those customers peace of mind that they won’t miss important phone calls over this time.
