Getting their little minds off the fires.

Thanks to the support of Good360, we were able to send goods to schools affected by the recent bushfires. Below is feedback from Bruthen primary School.

The donation of Art supplies has certainly boosted the resources our students can now use in Art and they can’t wait to get in there on Friday and start using everything. I had to hold them back from getting in and using everything straight away before it was even all unpacked.

LEGO Club and Playgroup are also super excited to have all the additional LEGO and Duplo kits. These will also eventually filter into each of our classrooms so that students can use in their everyday learning. Now we have enough resources to have our own LEGO Masters competition. These will also be used to create masterpieces which our students will exhibit in the Bairnsdale Show in term 3.

The teachers were also excited to have some additional resources, especially as we didn’t already have these resources in our school. Our teachers will use these to support their planning and student learning tasks so everyone gets the benefits.
