Market day at Busby Public School is always a day of excitement and celebration. At the end of each term, students use the school tokens that they received in recognition of their learning success and positive choices made in the playground and classroom at market day.
At market day Stage 3 students always love hosting and co-ordinating their designated market stall and all students K - 6 enjoy looking at the items available and what new things have been added.
The LEGO donated by Good360 has been a welcomed addition to the market day stalls across all K - 6 mainstream and support unit classes. The students have enjoyed using their school tokens to get LEGO kits for themselves and to take home to enjoy with their family members.
Students continue to look forward to future market days, as they save their school tokens to get larger LEGO kits or other items they have their eye on.
