Building on our Library

We have been lucky enough to purchase large quantities of LEGO from Good360 over the last year. We have supplied our LEGO and Arts Clubs with resources and have been able to supply many of our Curriculum areas with classroom supplies but unfortunately, students haven’t really taken great care of our sets with many of them now missing pieces and being combined into mixed tubs of bricks rather than usable sets.
The introduction of our LEGO Library has put the responsibility of looking after our sets well and truly back on our students and so far it is working. Having students earn borrowing power as they borrow and return sets and making them accountable for the sets they borrow rather than making a mess of classroom sets is a significant step forward in engaging our students and building trust and respect in this space.
By adding to our already extensive collection with this order, we hope to continue to grow and develop the interest of our students in our LEGO Library with possible involvement in Brixpo 2024 something we are investigating.
We are now also showing other schools our LEGO Library, staff have been interested in how we are managing it and seem very impressed by our setup and our extensive range.
Thank you Good360 and LEGO for your support
