Wellbeing4Kids is a therapeutic program for children under 12 years and their caregivers requiring mild to moderate mental health support. Our Senior Clinicians in Taree were able to access LEGO from Good360 to operate LEGOTherapy for one-on-one sessions with children seeking an alternate creative platform to express solutions for fear, anxiety, and self-esteem. This then became a broader opportunity to develop a group model called the 'Mindful LEGO Club' which supports emotional regulation, mindfulness, and relationship building with parents and their children. The feedback from both LEGO Therapy and the Mindful LEGO Club has been incredible for the community accessing the program in Taree. Wellbeing4Kids will now use this model in other rural and remote areas across the Hunter New England and Central Coast regions.

About Our Charity
Uniting Wellbeing4Kids provides 12 free sessions of therapy for children under 12 with mental health needs. We are located regionally in 5 clusters throughout the state, Central Coast, Mid Coast, Peel Cluster, Tablelands and Mehi remote areas.
