Planning is in full swing for the 2023 School Road Trip. Our founder Jason Owen undertakes a Christmas school run each year, meeting students all over Australia in some of the most remote and isolated schools. We are so grateful to Good360 and LEGO for allowing us to reach so many kids with amazing gifts. Sometimes the gifts that we give to the children are the only gifts that they receive. As Jason is an entertainer he loves including the students in motivational chats and a singalong of Christmas carols and really brings the magic of Christmas to the kids.
About Our Charity
Doin It For Rural Aussie Kids is a small childrens charity founded in 2019 by Singer Jason Owen and his wife Becy. Offering assistance to Rural Families - each child receives a personalised Santa Sack and visits and assistance to rural and remote schools
