Julia is a caseworker at Port Stephens Family and Neighborhood Services. She gave this LEGO set, to a client who is young girl. Her client is experiencing socio-economic disadvantage, and her family cannot afford the cost of toys and items like LEGO. Due to financial hardship, she does not have any toys. When receiving the LEGO set she was extremely excited, to have something of her own. Providing LEGO to children and youth clients has had a major impact on raising dignity and reducing the negative experiences of living in a low socio-economic household. Thanks to Good360 we have lots of LEGO sets to give out to the vulnerable children we are working with.
About Our Charity
We provide financial assistance, homelessness support, child youth and family counselling, early intervention children's services and domestic violence support to the Port Stephens area.
