Christmas is coming

This year in the Frankston North education precinct parent volunteers have been busy creating free family packs full of festive decorations, baubles, and accessories. These packs help families to get started or add to their collection of Christmas decorations at home. Packs have been provided across 5 days and over 240 people have received a pack with cheer and surprises. The opportunity to give packs to families also enables us to share with families where and how to receive support during the festive season and challenging times. Putting these packs together by parent volunteers and sharing them with communities has brought enthusiasm, reflection, and inspiration to help as many people as possible have a safe and happy Christmas. Children have been excited to wear their hair accessories, sunglasses, and sports bands to school. Loralei in Grade 3 said, "Look Anne, I have Christmas earrings, they sparkle and shine. Look, I also have a glitter hair tie in my ponytail. I am so lucky, aren't I? I can't wait for Christmas." Tilly in Prep said, "I decorated my tree with the balls Miss Anne gave me. I love my tree." This opportunity to provide these packs of products through Good360 has created energy and optimism in the community lifting spirits and inspiring hope. Thank you!
