One thing I have noticed working in the Nauiyu Community is that young girls love girly things. They always want to put pretty things in their hair and ask to use my lipgloss.
The makeup kits from Good360 were perfect Christmas presents for the older girls and they were delighted to receive them. Shennah and Miranda commented that they were excited to be able to use the kits for the Christmas party and once the contents were used the boxes would be great to store girl's stuff in. The Nauiyu Community Store does not sell make-up and luxury items so the only time girls have the opportunity to purchase things like this is when they make the seldom trip into department stores in Darwin and often their budget does not allow them to make purchases such as this. They were thrilled!
