How lucky are the children in Mackay that attend Domestic Violence Resource Service for Christmas 2023. The Mackay community is very generous and gave a total of just over 200 children's gifts that supported families we work with. How fortunate is Mackay to have such a giving generous community? Every year at Domestic Violence Resource Services we support the most vulnerable families that are struggling financially at Christmas time and support these families with food hampers and gifts. In total, we supported 270 clients and many more community members with the help of donations from Big W and the community. Thank you kindly to Big W and Good360 for letting DVRS be a part of the giving tree in 2023, our service genuinely appreciates it.
