Christmas Cheer

Wheels for Hope is a charitable foundation with a focus on improving the mobility of people with disabilities by providing them with access to wheelchair accessible vehicles on a loan basis. Wheels for Hope has a fleet of vehicles which it secures through its fund-raising efforts with the vehicles allocated on a loan basis to eligible families with a need for transport assistance, subject to eligibility criteria. Whilst on loan, Wheels for Hope licences, insures and maintains the vehicles.

There's nothing better than sharing the joy of Christmas, that's why we host our annual Christmas Party. Thanks to the generous donors and Good360, the 2019 Wheels for Hope Christmas party was extra special. In a beautiful setting on the banks of the river, we enjoyed lunch and of course a visit from the man in red to hand out some gifts. From LEGO sets for the kids to gorgeous mugs, teapots and pamper packs for Mums finished with the Lush Ribbon (lovingly wrapped by our volunteers) - there was something for everyone.

One of our new mums, Georgia, had a wonderful day saying "Thanks, Wheels for Hope for not only helping us transport Mia safely in the van but for also bringing some much-needed joy to our Christmas"

For families doing it tough, what a joy to be able to spread some cheer - and able to be done with no cost to the organisation. Thank you Good360 and all your donors for making this Christmas special.
