Helping people - local and far and wide

Thanks to the generosity of Good360, the Wyndham Community Education Centre received several pallets of hygiene products, homewares, back-to-school products, clock bases and books. These items were distributed among our clients, students, and staff. Some of our lower-level English classes are currently working on a project with the clock bases, decorating them while learning about telling time at the same time.
We also have an outreach program in Ararat, where we have a staff member based to help migrant and refugee families settle into Ararat and find work in the local industries. Several of our staff members volunteered their time to take some of the household, hygiene, and back-to-school items up there to help the Pomonal community, who lost their homes in the recent bushfires.
