A Tricky Community Treat

Last May, we received a large donation of Halloween treats from Big W. We were uncertain about what to do with them, so we contacted other community groups to see if anyone had any upcoming events that required Halloween decorations and costumes.
During our outreach efforts, we were contacted by a lady named Taryn, who informed us about an annual Halloween party that she hosts for her community. After discussing the event with her, Taryn stopped by our headquarters and shared more about her annual spooky tradition, which included a free BBQ, costumes for kids who couldn't afford them, and plenty of community building.
We donated two large boxes of Halloween supplies to Taryn, and asked her to keep in touch. A few months later, in late October, we received a message from Taryn showing us a large Halloween gathering that she had arranged for her community.
Although we do not personally celebrate Halloween, we were delighted to see the supplies and costumes go to a community in need. We would like to thank Good360 for facilitating this local donation program with Big W
