Auburn Youth Centre recently organized a series of creative workshops utilising the provided t-shirts, aimed at empowering disadvantaged young people. These sessions were designed not only to foster creativity but also to provide participants with a tangible outcome: new, self-made clothing. The workshops offered a unique blend of artistic expression and practical skills, where the youth engaged in designing, customizing, and personalizing their t-shirts. This initiative not only gave them a sense of accomplishment but also instilled confidence, as they could wear and showcase their creations. By transforming plain t-shirts into personalised fashion pieces, the young participants experienced a boost in self-esteem and learned valuable skills in creativity and craftsmanship.
