At Caboolture Youth Step Up Step Down, we provide a short-term residential mental health recovery service for young people aged 16-21. We received over $1000 in LEGO donated to the service from Good360. With this donation, we were able to use the LEGO for mindfulness activities and also for the young people to use as a distraction technique when they are feeling overwhelmed or distressed. This donation means a lot to us as we would not be able to purchase it otherwise and the young people at the service have already seen the benefit. Young people have said that it has given them something to do in the downtime between group programs to keep them busy and to help to wind down at night time. Thank you LEGO and Good360.
