Cleaning Essentials to help Safe House Families

We recently received a valuable delivery of KOH multipurpose spray and hand sanitiser from Good360 at our Darwin office. This donation is immensely beneficial to our clients at the YWCA Darwin Region. They were shared between the Domestic and Family Violence Safe House program, and CASY House (Youth Homelessness Accommodation) The products were also provided to women in Domestic and Family Violence Outreach and Connected Families (Parents under 25 years) when moving into a new property. A high percentage of our clients are in financial hardship due to domestic and family violence, homelessness, cost of living and several other factors. Being able to give families basic cleaning products so that they can both increase their life skills, reduce the financial stress of buying cleaning products and feel they can stay in a hygienic environment; supports the program to help clients live a life of feeling they are worthy.
