Helping Those In Need

C3 Victory Centre known as 'Victory Care' is a not-for-profit charity that provides support & assistance to those in our community who are in need. An increase in food stress in our local area became evident throughout 2023. We had many clients walking into our Centre asking for food relief. In response to this Victory Care implemented a weekly food stall on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in partnership with the Coles Secondbite program. Clients can come in to collect fresh fruit, vegetables and bread at no cost to them. As a result, Victory Care’s client attendance increased dramatically! We now have an average of 35 people attending our food stall each week which in turn is helping to relieve food stress for our clients and their families.
The foundation packs we received from Good360 were wonderful as we use all the products to benefit our clients. The toiletries were used for our hygiene packs and the socks & sipper cups went out directly onto our food pantry.
In December 2023 Victory Care hosted its annual COMMUNITY CHRISTMAS PARTY. We had 79 people attend who enjoyed a Christmas feast, entertainment, a photo booth along with a food hamper and gift to take home. There was also a gift for each child that included the LEGO packs we received.
It was fantastic to bless the clients from our local community through the generous donations from Good360! Thank you
