The Churches of Christ Fostering service in Bundaberg recently placed two orders of LEGO from Good360. We are a not-for-profit provider that is funded to support and monitor Foster Carers in the Bundaberg Region. The service is funded to support 151 young people in care. The LEGO will be gifted to young people at Christmas time. Our team in Bundaberg hand wraps and delivers these gifts to all young people in out-of-home care. These young people have experienced significant trauma and Christmas can often be a time of year that raises strong emotions. Being able to deliver a gift to young people spreads the joy of Christmas and ensures that the young people feel cared for and loved. These items will also be used for young people who first enter care throughout the year. We have often found that being able to take out some LEGO to young people who are settling into a new home and getting to know other young people, LEGO is a way for the family to connect and build relationships.
We are thankful for this opportunity to provide quality and enjoyable gifts to young people who truly deserve it.
We are very fortunate to have Good360 and LEGO's generous support. Thank you
