What an absolutely amazing donation.
Fostering Hope hosted a teen event where we opened our store for teenagers in foster care to come and pick out some Nike products. It was a huge success, as many of the teenagers mentioned that as foster kids, they rarely get the chance to wear branded clothing and products due to their high cost. They expressed how happy they were and how finally having branded items made them feel like they could fit in at school. The event lasted for four hours, and we were able to spoil these amazing teens. These events are only possible because of the incredible generosity of the donors. We are a not-for-profit organisation we collect items from our community and we give them out to children in foster care and foster families or families in need women escaping domestic violence situations and refugees at no cost to them
