Much needed support

Walungurru School is 650km from Alice Springs, we are one of Australia’s most remote communities, and it can be hard for families to access essentials like clothing and hygiene products. As a result the children often come to school with scabies, lice, boils, abscesses, trachoma, and hearing problems which are preventable through access to good hygiene. The products from Good360 have strengthened our hygiene program. As children come to school we offer them a shower and clean clothes, toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash etc. We have also been able to send items home to vulnerable families who would prefer to support children doing these activities before school but do not have access to clean clothes or hygiene products. We have also been able to share with the local clinic any clothes donated that were adult size, or extra stock, they gratefully made the items available for their renal patients who are often in need of hygiene products which helps contribute to overall health and well-being.
