Breaking down barriers

At Durack State School, where diversity thrives with students from various cultural backgrounds, including refugees and new arrivals, a remarkable transformation has been unfolding, thanks to the generosity of Good360. Our school community received a generous donation of LEGO products through Good360, and the impact has been nothing short of extraordinary. Many of our students face language barriers and have experienced significant trauma and change in their young lives. However, the LEGO sets provide a universal language of play, creating bridges of friendship and learning opportunities that transcend language. Watching the children engage and collaborate through LEGO play has been incredibly heartwarming. The colorful bricks have become a tool for building not just towers and structures but also friendships and mutual understanding. They have provided a safe space where differences fade away, and laughter and creativity abound. Thank you Good360 and LEGO Australia
