Liverpool Neighbourhood Connections is very grateful to receive refurbished laptops from Good360 thanks to a project funded by Liverpool City Council.
These computers are put aside for members of our community to borrow when they need to, we loan them out with strict sign-in and sign-out procedures. They will also be used at our next Hospitality TAFE course which starts in the last semester of this year. One of our previous students who received a paid scholarship with us after completing one of our TAFE courses often needs a computer to do some personal work on after she finishes her shift with us so we allow her to use one of these laptops when required.
We have taken a photo of her as her scholarship involves her working at our reception desk using the computer. Angela is very grateful to have access to a computer when she needs it for her work, which often involves study notes.
Thank you very much Good360 on behalf of everyone who comes into our Centre to access a computer, we are so grateful to have this wonderful resource library.
