Our school has set up a rewards program for some of our disengaged students. This program rewards students with Keithcot coins. Students are rewarded coins throughout their day and at the end of the day they can use their coins to buy something from the Keithcot shop. We use a lot of the products from Good360 for our shop. We also used some of these to keep in our front office for students who have come to school and need hair ties or a brush. We saved some to go in our Christmas hampers at the end of the year for some of our disadvantaged families. One of our students with a disability is obsessed with Harry Potter, there was a Harry Potter hair set in the box. This student worked nonstop all day to gain enough dollars to buy the Harry Potter hair ties. We have never seen her work so hard. Seeing her face when she was able to buy the Harry Potter set was a great moment for all the staff in the front office. She was beaming.
