Bringing Books to Life: Encouraging Young Readers in Stafford and Kalinga with Anh Do’s Stories

The Community Place has always been a hub for fostering learning, creativity, and connection within our local community. This year, we're thrilled to announce a new initiative that brings the joy of reading closer to home, just in time for the school holidays. Thanks to a generous purchase from Good360, we’ve acquired a collection of Anh Do’s beloved books, which will be available in our Street Libraries in Stafford and Kalinga.
Anh Do, one of Australia's most celebrated authors, has captivated the hearts and minds of children across the country with his engaging and humorous stories. His books, known for their relatable characters and exciting adventures, are perfect for encouraging a love of reading in young people. We believe that by making these books easily accessible through our Street Libraries, we can inspire local children to dive into these stories and discover the magic of reading.
The Street Libraries in Stafford and Kalinga have long been a popular resource, offering free access to books for everyone in the community. With the addition of Anh Do’s books, we are particularly excited to see more children visiting these libraries, borrowing books, and sharing stories with their friends and families. These new additions are not just books—they are tools for building imagination, improving literacy, and creating a lifelong passion for reading.
