20 months ago as a single mother, I gave birth to twins. One of my boys was diagnosed with a heart condition and wasn’t able to come home from the hospital. He is still in hospital at 20 months and things have been quite difficult to manage. As a single parent, it has been difficult to spend time with my son in the hospital while his twin brother and other siblings, boys aged 6 and 8 are at home. I have a little support from my disabled sister who is in a wheelchair. The birthday gifts have been a wonderful support as the twin’s 2nd birthday is approaching and finances are so tight. Thank you for your support.
