King Furniture for Families

Thank you to King Furniture and Good360 for the very generous donation of furniture, rugs, and cushions just in time for Christmas. The school community came together to distribute and deliver the items to families in need.
After the drop-offs were done, our Community Liaison Office received a call from a single parent with 5 children under 6 to thank her. This is the message: "Just got a call back from the parent that we dropped off the furniture and rug to. She was crying because she was so grateful to have the chairs for the kids and they were all sitting quietly together on the chairs so she could cook dinner. And they can sit on the rug instead of the bare floor. She just wanted to thank you."
We put the call out that we had homewares available at the school. By the end of the day, all items had new homes.
