A second chance for DV Clients

At LECNA, we have an Emergency Relief program designed to support clients who are trying to escape domestic violence situations. These clients often have a phone, but the person they are trying to escape from knows their contact details. The Optus SIM cards allow these clients to change their phone numbers without the worry of paying for a new SIM or running out of credit during critical times.
