Tennant Creek Primary School is incredibly grateful for the generous donation of goods, including LEGO, shoes, clothing, and t-shirts, which had a significant and positive impact on our school community. These contributions have been instrumental in enhancing our School-Wide Positive Behaviour Reward System and supporting key events like the annual school concert.
The inclusion of LEGO into the rewards system has created a wave of excitement among the students. LEGO, as one of the most sought-after items, has become a powerful motivator for positive behaviour. Students are eager to demonstrate the school’s core values of Strong Heart, Strong Spirit, and Strong Brain to earn these exciting rewards. The hands-on, creative nature of LEGO not only engages students but also promotes important skills such as problem-solving, collaboration, and imagination. This has led to increased participation and enthusiasm across the school, as students strive to meet behavioural expectations and achieve these well-deserved rewards.
The donation of t-shirts for our annual school concert was another highlight, making a huge difference for both the students and their families. These t-shirts, which the students decorated themselves, not only fostered creativity and excitement but also relieved families from the financial burden of purchasing concert attire. With over 500 attendees, the colourful and vibrant t-shirts made a lasting impression and contributed to the event's overall success.
