At Western Sydney ITC, we are dedicated to supporting Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Western Sydney who need assistance with chronic disease management. Our goal is to improve access to mainstream specialist services for this community.
We collaborate with many Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander elders, groups, and organizations to address the needs of the community effectively.
