Transforming Learning with Swivel Chairs

Canterbury Boys High School is thrilled to share the success story of our recent swivel chair upgrade in our computing classrooms, made possible by the generous support of Good360 and WINC Office Supplies. These new, ergonomically designed chairs have significantly enhanced the classroom experience for both students and teachers, creating a more dynamic and focused learning environment.
The swivel functionality has made a noticeable difference in how effectively students can engage with lessons. Now, students can effortlessly rotate from their computer screens to face the teacher, allowing them to clearly see and hear instructions before seamlessly returning to their workstations to apply what they've learned. This simple improvement has minimized distractions and supported more fluid transitions between teaching and independent work time.
Beyond functionality, the chairs are a welcome comfort upgrade from the traditional plastic seating. Students have reported that the new chairs provide better support and also help them stay focused, as the ease of movement keeps them engaged in learning without needing to adjust or shift around uncomfortably.
