LEGO to the Rescue

At our school, we have a number of students who struggle to stay in their classrooms due to challenges with self-regulation. The LEGO sets we recently purchased have proven to be valuable tools in helping these students manage their emotions and behaviours.

Our school counsellor has also found the LEGO sets beneficial for students who have difficulty with social skills. She encourages them to invite a friend to join in building the LEGO, which allows her to teach important lessons about sharing, turn-taking, and problem-solving.
Additionally, she has used these sets as a therapeutic tool, enabling children to express their thoughts and feelings about their home lives through play.
We are very grateful for the opportunity to acquire these LEGO sets, as they significantly assist our students in their development.
