LEGO Lottery

The BCR Community Services Team is at the heart of the Bay and Basin community, always ready to jump in and make a difference when they see a need. A great example is the ‘Youth Thrive Together Fair,’ held in October at the BCR Wellness Centre in Sanctuary Point.
The event was full of fun and connection, with lawn games, face painting, and stalls offering youth-focused information. Thanks to generous donations from Good360, including clothes, amazing LEGO sets, and Christmas decorations from Big W, we were able to spread a little extra joy to young people who needed it most.
A highlight was the LEGO Lottery, where everyone was a winner! One 15-year-old’s excitement was unforgettable—he couldn’t stop smiling, saying it was the first time in his life he’d owned a LEGO set. He couldn’t wait to get home and start building!
The team still has boxes of Good360 donations to share and will distribute them throughout the Christmas holiday period. With a staggering 56% rise in requests for emergency food relief over the past year, we know that for some families in our community, these LEGO sets and Big W items might be the only gifts they can give their kids this Christmas.
